Pricing Policy

Advance Payment:

The initial advance payment made by the client is non-refundable. This payment secures the consultancy's commitment to commence work on the project and covers initial administrative and planning expenses.

Product Delivery:

Once the design work has commenced, and any part of the product (designs, concepts, etc.) has been delivered to the client, the advance payment or payment for the delivered product is non-refundable. This policy is in place to account for the time, effort, and resources invested in creating the initial project components.

Cancellation before Commencement:

If a client decides to cancel the service before the commencement of design work, they may be eligible for a partial refund. The refund amount will be determined based on the cancellation fee, which is a percentage of the advance payment.

Cancellation after Commencement:

Once the design work has started, if a client decides to cancel the service, no refund will be provided for the advance payment. This is because the consultancy has already invested time and resources in developing the initial stages of the project.

Client Satisfaction:

In the rare event that a client is dissatisfied with the design concepts presented during the initial stages of the project, the consultancy may, at its discretion, consider revisions or adjustments. However, this does not imply a refund of the initial advance payment.

Defined Stage for Cancellation:

Clients have the option to cancel the service at a defined stage (e.g., before approval of initial design concepts) by paying any remaining dues up to that stage. This provides flexibility for clients to exit the project under specific conditions.

No-Refund Policy for Completed Work:

Once the project is completed and the final deliverables are provided to the client, no refunds will be issued. The completion of the project signifies the fulfillment of the consultancy's services.

Refund Processing Time:

If a refund is applicable, the processing time for refunds may vary and will be communicated to the client. Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method.

Communication of Refund Decisions:

All decisions regarding refunds will be communicated to the client in writing. Clients are encouraged to carefully review the terms of the refund policy before engaging in services.

Force Majeure:

In the event of force majeure circumstances (unforeseen events beyond the control of both parties, such as natural disasters, pandemics, etc.), refund terms may be subject to review and modification based on the circumstances.
